Privacy Policy

• Account details: your name, email address, and sign-in information.
• Order details: what you bought or sold, shipping name, address and phone number, and order history.
• Messages and cases: messages between buyers and shops, problem reports, and photos you upload.
• Shop details (sellers): shop information, ship-from address, and, for sellers paid by bank transfer, payout details and a US tax form.
• Usage information: basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider to run and secure the site.

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number is entered on Stripe's secure checkout and is never stored by Keepstall. Sellers paid through Stripe Connect give their identity and bank details directly to Stripe. See Stripe's privacy policy for how Stripe handles this information.

Shops you buy from see your name, shipping address, phone number if you gave one, and the order details, so they can ship your order. They may not use them for anything else.

Service providers that run Keepstall for us: Stripe (payments), Shippo (shipping labels and tracking), and Base44 (hosting, database, and email).

Authorities when the law requires it, or to protect people from fraud or harm.

Public content, such as shop pages, listings, and reviews (shown with your first name and last initial), can be seen by anyone.

We keep account information while your account is open. We keep order, payment, and tax records for at least 7 years because the law requires it. Messages and case records are kept for as long as needed to resolve disputes and prevent fraud.

You can update your account and shop details at any time. You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Some records must be kept for legal and tax reasons even after you close your account.

Depending on where you live, including Washington, California, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Ghana, you may have additional rights under local privacy law. We will respond to requests within the time the law requires.

We limit access to personal information to the people who need it. Sellers can only see their own orders and finances. Tax forms are stored privately and opened only through short-lived links. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and tell us right away if you notice anything unusual.

Keepstall is not for children. You must be 18 or older to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Keepstall is based in the United States, and your information is processed in the United States. If you buy from or sell to someone in another country, the details needed for that order are shared with them.
